By Using My Mini Funnel

By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use My Mini Funnel.

These terms apply to:

The My Mini Funnel website (myminifunnel.com)
The My Mini Funnel application and all features
Any content you create or access through our service

Your Account

Creating an Account

You must provide accurate information
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country)
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
One account per person (no sharing accounts)

Account Security

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, email us immediately at [email protected].

Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan

1 funnel
100 contacts maximum
Access to all template types
No credit card required

Pro Plan ($15/month)

Unlimited funnels
Unlimited contacts
Email integrations (Mailchimp, Mailerlite, ConvertKit)
White-label option (remove our footer branding)
Custom analytics scripts
Priority support

Payment Terms

Pro plan is billed monthly via Stripe
Prices are in USD
We may change pricing with 30 days notice

Canceling Your Account

Canceling Pro

You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your account settings. You'll keep Pro features until the end of your billing period.

Refunds

Email us within 14 days of upgrading to Pro and we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked. After 14 days, we don't offer refunds for partial months.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account from your settings. This permanently removes:

Your funnels
Your leads
Your account data

This action cannot be undone.

What You Can and Can't Do

You Can

Create funnels for your coaching business
Collect leads from people who consent to provide their information
Use your data for legitimate marketing and coaching purposes
Export your contacts anytime

You Cannot

Use My Mini Funnel for illegal purposes
Collect data without proper consent
Send spam or unsolicited emails to leads
Create content that is hateful, harmful, or violates others' rights
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our service
Resell access to My Mini Funnel
Use our service to compete directly with us
Violate GDPR, CCPA, or other data protection laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

What You Create

Ownership

You own the content you create in My Mini Funnel, including:

Quiz questions and answers
Calculator settings
Results page content
Uploaded images and files

License to Us

By uploading content, you give us permission to:

Store and display your content
Process your content to provide our service
Create backups for data protection

We don't claim ownership of your content. We only use it to provide our service to you.

Lead Data

The leads you collect belong to you. We're processing this data on your behalf. You're responsible for:

Getting proper consent from your leads
Complying with data protection laws
Honoring unsubscribe and deletion requests

What We Own

My Mini Funnel owns:

Our website, software, and code
Our templates (you can use them, but not redistribute them)
Our brand, logo, and name
Documentation and help content

You can't copy, modify, or redistribute our intellectual property without permission.

Service Availability

Uptime

We work hard to keep My Mini Funnel running smoothly. However, we don't guarantee 100% uptime. Occasionally, we need downtime for maintenance and updates.

Changes to the Service

We may add, change, or remove features. We'll try to give reasonable notice for significant changes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Limits on Our Responsibility

We Provide Our Service "As Is"

We do our best to provide a reliable service, but we can't guarantee:

Uninterrupted access
That our service will meet all your needs
That our service is error-free

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

What We're Not Liable For

We're not liable for:

Lost profits or revenue
Lost data (please keep your own backups)
Indirect or consequential damages
Issues caused by third-party services (email integrations, analytics)

This doesn't affect rights that can't be limited by law.

Your Responsibility

You agree to protect us from claims arising from:

Your use of My Mini Funnel
Content you create or upload
Your violation of these terms
Your violation of others' rights

Ending This Agreement

You Can Leave Anytime

Delete your account from settings. We'll remove your data.

We May Terminate

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. We'll try to give notice, except in cases of serious violations.

What Happens After

After termination:

You lose access to your account
We may delete your data after 30 days
Sections that should survive (liability, indemnification) remain in effect

Legal Stuff

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes

We hope to resolve any issues informally. Email [email protected] and let's talk. If we can't resolve it, disputes will be handled in the courts of Bordeaux, France.

International Users

If you're using My Mini Funnel from outside France, you're responsible for complying with your local laws.

A Few More Things

Entire Agreement

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy, are the complete agreement between you and My Mini Funnel.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.

No Waiver

If we don't enforce a term, it doesn't mean we waive our right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You can't transfer your account. We can transfer our rights if we're acquired or merge with another company.
