My Mini Funnel is run by two people: Yana and Lesly. When you email us, you're writing to the people who built this product and use it in their own coaching practices. There's no support team to escalate to because we are the support team.

Most questions get answered within a few hours during European business hours (CET). Complex technical issues might take a day while we dig into the specifics. If something is broken, we treat it as a priority because we know your lead capture is essential to your business.

What We Can Help With

Technical setup questions, email integration troubleshooting, embedding funnels on your website, understanding your analytics, and suggestions for improving conversion rates. We've helped hundreds of coaches set up their first lead magnets, so there's a good chance we've solved your exact problem before.

We can also help with strategy questions. Not sure which template fits your niche? Wondering whether a Wheel of Life or a Stress Level Quiz would work better for your audience? We're happy to share what we've seen work for other coaches.

What We Don't Offer

We don't do custom funnel development or done-for-you setup services. However, our templates are designed to be ready in 10 minutes, and we're happy to walk you through any part of the process if you're stuck. Need help with copywriting or design? We can point you toward resources, but that's outside our scope.
